- After payment, the team activates your device and confirms it on WhatsApp; the app shows the new expiry date.

What the Zyn Player price covers, and what it doesn't
The price covers the Zyn Player app on your device (two with Supreme) for the length of your plan, plus setup help on WhatsApp. It does not cover channels, films, series or playlists. Refunds
A licence is digital, so it isn't refunded after activation, except when your device is never activated or when the app does not work at all on a confirmed device after a correct setup with our help. No refund after 24 hours of use or for a change of mind. Requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Read the refund policy.

Can I try Zyn Player before I pay?
Yes. A 7-day free trial starts the first time you open the app. Test your playlist on your device, then pick a licence to keep using Zyn Player.
What does a Zyn Player licence include?
The activation of the Zyn Player app on one device for the length of your plan (two devices with Supreme), and setup help on WhatsApp. It includes no channels or playlists: those come from your IPTV provider.
Is the licence a subscription that renews?
No. You pay once for 3, 12 or 24 months. Nothing renews automatically; when your licence ends, you can order a new one.
What is the price of an IPTV player licence per month?
From €3.71 a month with Ultimate (€89 for 24 months) to €9.67 a month with Essential (€29 for 3 months).
How do I pay and receive my licence?
Tap the button under a plan: WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Add the MAC address shown in the app. The team confirms the order and the payment with you, then activates your device; the app shows the new expiry date.
